I finished Ike's quilt yesterday. July in south Texas is not a great time to get a quilt, but I am sure it will be appreciated in December. It's camo colored so it should be great for those early morning hunts. I had fun making it totally from Kona solids. The colors are palm, tan, avacado, stone, old green, earth and expresso. Nothing 'girl colored'--all guy, just for Ike. Don't know what quilt is next on my list, but I did cut out a new brown linen dress today. I will cut out the lining and interfacing after Mission Quilters meet tomorrow, and will hopefully have it made soon.
