Not so good stuff

Yesterday I woke up with a huge new floater. I bothered me all day. At bedtime I turned off the lights and all I could see was flashes like lightening. I called my eye doctor this morning, and he said I needed to come in and have it checked. Dr. Mein was in surgery so I saw Dr. Chica. (really) He diagnosed a vitrial detachment. He said it was a 'serious event' and he wants me to come back in next month to check it again. He wants me call immediately if I have shadows, because that could mean a retinal detachment. I'm having an awful time seeing, and living with a perpetul headache and too many floaters. The flashes are still here too. I'm praying for improvement. Please, God, make it better.
