It's bee swarming season, and this group of bees decided to take up residence in my oleanders. I hope it is a temporary visit. The neighbors' plaster fence is already the home of a pretty big hive. Bella has been the victim of an attack. She was following Ike around while he mowed the lawn, and when the bees came after him, Ike ran but Bella turned to them and started biting at them. I hope she learned something from the experience, but I don't think dogs have the flight instinct when the aggressor is so tiny.
